we wish to inform you that Ms. Aparajita Jain, who was appointed as the Internal Auditor of the Company, has decided to pursue other career opportunities outside the Company and accordingly, has tendered her resignation as the Internal Auditor of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours of March 13, 2024.
